Names & addresses - It is a legal requirement to keep invoicing records for HMRC tax purposes for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer if: they show a transaction that covers more than one of the company's accounting periods.
Telephone numbers and email address – We retain this information for a period of 6 years however, we do not use this information for market research or send promotional emails about new products, special offers etc.. Certain shipping agents (eg. Parcel Force) do require that we give contact details when sending parcels to customers. If you do not wish these to be passed on please advise us.
Card and Paypal payment details – Card details are processed through secure payment Worldpay Merchant Management system. Paypal through the official Paypal process. Any card details taken over the telephone are processed through Worldpay and shredded immediately after the payment has been processed and accepted.
